Jim Cahill is the owner and Managing Director of Manager Support Services Limited. Jim in the following areas - finance, information technology and business development. His belief that After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering, Jim went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant and then moved into manufacturing industry.
He gained extensive experience over 14 years working with leading multinational companies in the electronics and healthcare areas. He has served as manager, consultant, trainer and coach during his career. has enabled him to help individuals, families and organizations enhance their effectiveness over the last 20 years. In addition, Jim has helped owner managers to Master Practitioner of NLP, System Selection Projects and a Business Reorganisation Project.
Working as an independent consultant since 1998, Total Quality Management Projects, he has led several multi-disciplinary project teams including World Class Management Projects, Jim integrates his understanding of individual performance with performance improvement technologies on a solid commercial base.
